Abbrevitations:

  • ch – chain
  • dc – double crochet
  • fpdc – front post double crochet

 

 

Start with a chain multiple of 3, plus 2

 

 

Row 1: make dc into the 4th chain from the hook, dc to the end of the row, chain 3, turn

 

 

Row 2: fpdc into the 2nd dc from the last row, (2 dc, fpdc) – to the end of the row, 1 dc into chain 3 from the last row, chain 3, turn

 

 

Row 3: dc into the 2nd dc from the last row, (2 fpdc, 1 dc) – to the end of the row, 1 dc into chain 3 from the last row, chain 3, turn
